Shipping Policy
Orders placed on HotzoneLaser.com and OchocoArms.com cannot be shipped outside of the United States. We currently ship only within the contiguous U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii.
After You Place an Order
- You’ll receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your spam, junk, or quarantine folders.
- Your order will be processed within 7–10 business days. Once it’s ready to ship, you’ll get a notification email with a tracking number.
- Orders ship from Oregon via standard ground shipping using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Please allow typical ground transit times based on your location.
Returns Policy
Products that are unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery, based on the carrier's tracking information. To start a return and receive a return shipping label, please contact our Customer Support team.
Please contact our Customer Service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) before sending back any items.
